Refund Policy

At Raash Designs, every piece of furniture is handcrafted with care, using premium solid wood and timeless design principles. Because our products are made-to-order and custom-finished, we handle returns and refunds with a clear and fair policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is delivered damaged, defective, or broken.

  • The product has structural defects covered under our warranty.

Returns are not eligible in the following cases:

  • Natural variations in wood grain, knots, or polish (these are unique characteristics of solid wood).

  • Minor differences in color, texture, or finish due to screen display or lighting.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or lack of care.

  • Upholstery, polish, or fabric wear and tear due to regular usage.

 

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers must share photos/videos of the issue to help us assess and approve the return.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Once inspected and approved, Raash Designs will:

    • Repair or replace the defective product, where possible.

    • Issue a refund only if a replacement cannot be provided.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After production begins, cancellations are not possible since each piece is custom-made.

 

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only in cases where a wrong product has been delivered.

  • In such cases, Raash Designs will arrange pickup and cover replacement costs.

 

6. Shipping for Returns

  • For approved returns, Raash Designs will coordinate reverse pickup where serviceable.

  • In remote locations, customers may need to arrange return shipping. Costs will be reimbursed if the return is approved.
