  • We currently ship across India through trusted logistics partners.

2. Processing Time

  • All ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 10 business days.

  • Custom and made-to-order furniture requires additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.

 

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time within India is 45 to 60 days for made to order items, depending on the product type, size, and destination. However it may take longer time depending on the product complexity.

  • Remote locations may take longer due to limited logistics coverage.

  • Our team will provide regular updates until your furniture reaches you safely.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on select products and promotional campaigns (where mentioned).

  • For larger furniture pieces or deliveries outside serviceable areas, shipping charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

 

5. Packaging & Handling

  • Each piece of furniture is safely packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

  • Solid wood products may be shipped in semi-assembled condition for safe transport, with easy installation. Our In-house carpenters may visit the site for assembly and installation.

 

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, or transport restrictions may cause delays.

  • In such cases, our team will notify you and keep you updated on revised delivery timelines.

 

8. Damaged or Wrong Delivery

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos at contact@raashdesigns.com.

  • Our team will assist with replacement, repair, or return as per our Refund & Return Policy.
