Terms & Conditions
1. The invoice once shared is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.
2. Only after receiving purchase order and 50% advance payment from client the order shall be processed further.
3. Only after receiving balance 50% payment Order shall be dispatched.
4. Order Shall be dispatched within 3 Working days after receipt of final payment.
5. The transfer of the property in goods shall occur once the goods are dispatched to customer. Raash Designs shall ensure
repair/replacement in case of transit damage to goods.
6. In case of cancellation of the order for any reason at any stage, amount collected will stand forfeited.
7. After delivery, if the customer is not able to accept the products on site due to any reason, Client will be responsible for any damages occurring to the products.
8. Godown demurrage cost of Rs 3000/- per week shall be levied over and above the applicable price, if customer is not accepting the delivery for whatever reasons after the same is ready for dispatch, as intimated to customer. Raash Designs will hold the products for maximum up to 4 weeks from the time of intimation and in case the customer fails to take delivery of products within 4 weeks from intimation, the order will be cancelled and amount collected from customer will be forfeited.
9. All rights are reserved with Raash Designs regarding Photography, Videography and promotional activities of products before and after delivery.
10. Expenditure for logistics, transportation, unloading of the products and setting up the same in the rightful position on the site shall be in the scope of the client.
11. Up to 50mm tolerance shall be acceptable in the gross dimensions of the products.
12. All the products to be dispatched from Raash Designs Godown.
